For the first time, a proven feature of Landis+Gyr industrial meters moves into the domestic sector: the communication unit is modular and can be re-equipped at any time, which improves investment security even more.
The three-phase direct connection can also be used in one- and two-phase environments. The two tariff and total registers predestine the ZMF100 for use in the domestic market, while the optional Class 1 version fulfills the highest demands for accuracy. As with all electronic meters from Landis+Gyr, the ZxF series has several functions for the recognition of fraud and theft.
Technology upgrades by module
Today's PLC read-out with wire connection is also tomorrow's comprehensive advanced metering by satellite: the interchangeable AMR module makes the ZMF100 a secure investment in a liberalized energy market. The base station focuses on basic functions while customized solutions that are possible with broadband will also increase for the AMR module.
