Proven design delivers reliable ripple control signal
The Enermet SFU-K transmitter is a highly economical solution for parallel couplings. The SFU-K transmitter portfolio ranges from compact 1-phase transmitters for small distribution networks with low voltage injections to the very powerful 3-phase transmitters for large distribution networks with medium voltage injections.
The output voltage regulation guaranties a reliable signal level in the distribution network. Duty cycle and overcurrent limitation are inherent features to protect the coupling cell components. Field-proven technology ensures excellent long-lasting signal broadcast and robust operation with protection against short circuits and no load conditions. Individual DECABIT transmission can be sent from the operating panel using the built-in emergency controller.
Compact and modular architecture
Use of 19″ technology makes it possible to manufacture most transmitters in standard cabinets. Easily accessible modules can be quickly replaced. The compact transmitter architecture leaves room for other components, such as local controllers, check-back receivers, line filters, ammeters, modems and GPS for output frequency synchronization.
Programming and Operation
The Enermet transmitter family has an operating panel and aPC-based service software for setting parameters and performing diagnostics. The built-in system recorder logs events together with the relevant operating values. Transmission problems and their causes can be determined during operation. The service software displays the logging data on screen. Enermet transmitters provide helpful emergency control interfaces for the eventuality of a local or central controller malfunction. It supports remote operation via cellular or wide area network (WAN).
